A Stinkin’ Good Time Is Coming to Eustis: Fall Garlic Fest 2026 🧄
There’s just something about fall in Nebraska.
The weather starts to cool down, harvest is underway, the trees begin to change, and suddenly a Saturday spent wandering around a small town with a coffee in hand sounds about perfect.
This September, we’re hoping you’ll spend one of those Saturdays with us.
Garlic has been part of what we do at Gal & Goat for years. We grow our garlic here in Nebraska, tend to it through the seasons, harvest it in the summer, and use it in our Garlic Salt. We’ve learned a lot along the way (sometimes the hard way!), and somewhere between planting cloves and mixing batches of Garlic Salt, the idea for a whole day celebrating this little crop started to grow, too.
And because we’re us, we couldn’t just make it about garlic.
We wanted it to be about the people who make places like Eustis so special.
So, we’re gathering a wonderful group of local growers, makers, bakers, and small businesses for a day of shopping, eating, visiting, and enjoying fall in Nebraska together.
The vendors will be set up from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, and the Gal & Goat Creamery & Mercantile will stay open until 3:00 PM.
Come wander through the vendor booths. Meet the people behind the things you’re buying. Find something handmade to take home. Eat something good. Stock up on garlic. Catch up with someone you haven’t seen in a while. And maybe make a new friend while you’re at it.
That’s really what we want this day to be.
We love getting to share our little corner of Nebraska, and there’s nothing better than seeing our town full of people supporting the farmers, bakers, makers, growers, and small businesses who put so much heart into what they do.
Whether you’re right here in Eustis or making the drive from Lexington, Cozad, Gothenburg, Kearney, North Platte, or somewhere else in Nebraska, we hope you’ll come spend the day with us.
So mark September 19 on your calendar, grab someone you love, and come have a stinkin’ good time with us in Eustis.
We’ll be introducing our Fall Garlic Fest vendors and sharing more of what we have planned over the next couple of weeks, so keep checking back on our social media - facebook and instagram. You can message us there for questions as well!!
We can’t wait to welcome you. 🧄🤎
