A Rich History, A Sweet Future : Gal & Goat's Creamery

The creamery in Eustis, Nebraska, has been a cornerstone of the community for nearly a century (that’s about 100 years!). Originally established as the Eustis Co-Operative Creamery Company, it provided local families a place to sell cream, eggs, and butter—helping to shape the town’s agricultural roots. Over the years, this beloved brick building has evolved, serving as the launchpad for local businesses like The Village PieMaker and now, Gal & Goat Creamery.
Today, the creamery continues to be a hub for artisan food and small business innovation. As proud participants in the 2025 Nebraska Passport program, we’re excited to welcome visitors from May 1 to September 30, 2025, to experience what makes this space so special.
At Gal & Goat, we’re always dreaming up something delicious—whether it’s stroopwafels filled with goat milk caramel, vintage glass candy (especially around Christmas), or other nostalgic treats. But for those hot summer days? We’ve got something extra sweet coming soon. Stay tuned!
