A Rich History, A Sweet Future : Gal & Goat's Creamery

The creamery in Eustis, Nebraska, has been a cornerstone of the community for nearly a century (that’s about 100 years!). Originally established as the Eustis Co-Operative Creamery Company, it provided local families a place to sell cream, eggs, and butter—helping to shape the town’s agricultural roots. Over the years, this beloved brick building has evolved, serving as the launchpad for local businesses like The Village PieMaker and now, Gal & Goat Creamery.
Today, the creamery continues to be a hub for artisan food and small business innovation.
At Gal & Goat, we’re always dreaming up something delicious—whether it’s stroopwafels filled with goat milk caramel, vintage german glass candy (especially around Christmas), or other nostalgic treats. Currently serving gelato & hand pies for Summer 2026.
