Honey

Our Italian honeybees spend the summer collecting nectar from the clover fields surrounding our farm.  This wonderful honey provides sweetness and subtle tones from those fields of clover.  We harvest our honey in small batches allowing the hives to remain happy and healthy.  Best of all our  Gal & Goat honey is loaded with nutrients and antioxidants to enhance its health benefits.
